I am determined to make the filling that Banh Mi Che Cali uses for their chicken sandwich.
It tastes like it's the lovechild of a confit and Maggi sauce. I must know how to make this. Does anybody have an idea where to start?
I tried to read a book by the pool but got a bad AND weird sunburn instead.
I tried to go to the Rainbows store in San Clemente to buy some heavy duty flip flops... But couldn't make it before closing. We took a detour and went to old town San Juan Capistrano instead.
It's a very pretty town, and by the train station there was like, three weddings going on at once. One had a beautiful cathedral veil, but I used up all of my film taking pictures of llamas and alpacas at the petting zoo.
I also FINALLY got my half of the thank you cards from my wedding done. Lagging I know. I handed it off to Don so I can put the blame on him now. Sorry honey.
